2nd IDABC eIDM Interoperability Workshop - Brussels

Towards Common Specifications for eIDM Interoperability


IDABC is organising a second Workshop on eIDM Interoperability on 12 September 2007 in Brussels, Belgium.
The Workshop will focus on the development and discussion on the "Common Specifications for eIDM Interoperability".

Within the scope of the IDABC Programme, and in support of the i2010 eIDM Roadmap, the Workshop on "Common Specifications for eIDM Interoperability" aims to present and explain the inputs gathered and the work achieved towards the production of the draft "Common Specification for eID Interoperability". The goal of the workshop is also to collect the feedback and comments from the industry, from administrations and from the academic world on those "common specifications".
The program of the workshop will include :

  • The eIDM Roadmap : a status
  • The IDABC eIDM Measure : "eID Interoperability for PEGS" : a status of the deliverables ( eIDM Country Profiles; assessment of similarities and differences; summary of eID existing eIDM interoperability models and initiatives)
  • Presentation : Draft "Multi-Level Authentication Model" + discussion and feedback
  • Presentation : Draft "Common Specification for eID Interoperability" + discussion and feedback
